Blow Dry

Many times blow dries are included in your color service however there are some exceptions. Please inquire with your individual stylist. We will make every effort to have an apprentice assist you with a quick blow dry based upon availability. If you have a special event following your color service, we recommend that you schedule a blow dry with an available stylist. Our receptionist will be happy to assist you.

Adjustments

From Time to time you may discover you need a slight adjustment to your style or color . We understand, and our goal is your complete satisfaction and happiness. Please don’t hesitate to call and schedule your adjustment within a two week period after your appointment and we will be happy to make the adjustment at no charge. (Any adjustments needed after the two week grace period may result in a full service charge.)

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised we have a 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all services. Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation will be subject to a fee of 50 % of your scheduled service. Thermal straightening and color correction services require a 72 hour notice.
